Each wedding cake we make is as unique as the wedding itself. We custom make all our cakes—there is no cookie cutter package to our wedding cakes. Zuccotto
Genoise brushed with marsala, filled with heavy cream, toasted almonds, hazelnuts
and bittersweet chocolate bits.
Pave
Alternating thin layers of genoise brushed with orange liqueur, chocolate
pastry ganache and coffee buttercream.
Singapore
Genoise, rum, fresh pineapple simmered in apricot puree, and creme fraiche.
Frangelico Torte
Hazelnut genoise, brushed with Frangelico, filled with hazelnut cream ganache.
Lutesa
Genoise and toasted walnut rum buttercream.
Chocolate Almond Torte
Chocolate genoise, brandy and chocolate toasted almond buttercream.
Buttermilk Cake
A moist, tender butter cake with a complex flavor that only buttermilk can give. Filled with your choice of buttercream.
Raspberry Black Forest
Chocolate genoise brushed with raspberry liqueur, filled with fresh raspberries and creme fraiche. In the fall, glazed cranberries make a wonderful substitute.
Helene
Genoise brushed with fresh orange juice and rum. Filled with apricot puree and coconut cream.
Swedish Princess Torte
Genoise, fresh raspberries, creme patissiere and whipped cream. The cake wrapped with pale green marzipan is optional.
Tiramisu
Genoise brushed with espresso and rum, layered with a creamy lightly sweetened cheese filling topped with shavings of bittersweet chocolate.
Strawberry Torte
Genoise, fresh strawberries and brandy whipped cream.
Raacke
Genoise, French orange marmalade, coffee buttercream and toasted almonds.
Lemon Torte
Genoise filled with lemon custard and whipped cream.
Orange Chiffon
Chiffon cake filled with orange and lemon cream.
Scandinavian Butter Cake
This traditional white cake has a rich flavor, reminiscent of a pound cake. It is cut into thin layers and filled with vanilla buttercream.
Chocolate Fudge
A rich devil's food cake that is extraordinary. When filled with ganache, it's pure heaven. It is also wonderful with fresh raspberries, mocha or hazelnut cream.
Dacquoise
Merinque-nut layer cake with ganache and hazelnut cream.
Poppyseed Cake
A moist, rich cake with the zest of lemon and layered with lemon cream.
Chocolate Tortes
Moist, fudge-like consistency; finished with a dark choclate glaze. Variations: hazelnut, rum walnut, rum walnut, pecan, whiskey rasin, or brandy almond.
